Censorship is Unconstitutional

Equal Treatment

1st. Amendment:

Our Freedom of the Press, electronic or not is being infringed upon, by some "private" companies, and should not be allowed. Before the Internet, the argument was made, "we just don't have the space during our broadcast and/or in our newspaper to allow everyone to comment." That argument no longer exists, and therefore, the censorship of opposing views is unconstitutional.

The (Bureaucracy) FCC "section 230" allowing social media outlets to restrict/censor content should be abolished. Our U.S. Constitution assigns Congress to make laws, not bureaucracies. Ostensibly, section 230 shields social media outlets from being sued due to content. Long before the FCC came along, the 1st Amendment of Freedom of the Press shielded "the press" from that.

It's time, "We the People" demand our chosen representatives insist our U.S. Constitution covers everyone!
